- What items are returnable?
- OEM, Strattec, ILCO, Keyline and JMA Bagged Brand New Parts
- Covers Brand New Parts from Distributors in sealed bags and boxes
- 180 Days / 6 months for parts that are unused and unopened.
- No returns for opened parts.
- 30 Days - refund to credit card.
- 180 Days - Returned for store credit.
- OEM Refurbished Parts
- Covers OEM Refurbished Remotes, Smart Keys and Remote Head Keys
- 30 Days - refund to credit card
- 180 Days - Store Credit
- Parts that are still sealed in AKG Packaging can be returned for store credit.
- If a client returns a product for reasons other than defective within return policy parameters, we charge them for shipping that comes out of their store credit or credit card refund.
- 365 Day Warranty Policy (Defective Only)
- Part for Part exchange. If replacement isn’t available, store credit will be issued.
- Keyless2Go
- Covers all Remotes, Smart Keys, Remote Head Keys, Transponder Keys, Mechanical Keys and Key Shells.
- 30 Days - Refund to Credit Card
- 180 Days Store Credit

- Standard Aftermarket Parts
- Covers all economical Aftermarket Remotes, Smart Keys, Remote Head Keys, Transponder Keys, Mechanical Keys and Key Shells.
- 14 Days - Refund to Credit Card.
- 6 months – Store Credit
- Parts that are still sealed in AKG Packaging can be returned for store credit.
- If a client returns a product for reasons other than defective within return policy parameters, we charge them for shipping that comes out of their store credit or credit card refund.
- 180 Day Warranty Policy (Defective Only)
- Part for Part exchange
- Key Cutting Machines and Key Programmers
- Covers Key Cutting Machines, Key Cutting Accessories, Key Programmers, Key Programming accessories and Tools.
- 30 Days - Store Credit Only pending inspection by our techs.
- NO credit card refunds on Key Cutting Machines and Key Programmers
- Defective Key Machines/Programmers purchased within 30 days will be eligible for replacement.
- Tech Inspection Required with applicable quote as necessary for Xhorse and SmartBox Equipment.
- All other Key Machines and Programmers warranty questions and concerns are to be directed to the respective manufacturer.
- Key Cutting Machines, Key Programmers and Tools are subject to a 10% restocking fee when returned. If the store credit is applied toward products in the same Key Cutting Machines, Key Programmers and Tools part category, this 10% restocking fee may be waived.
- If a client uses this store credit on non-equipment related products, we apply a 10% restocking fee.

- Special Orders
- Transponder Chips
- Software, Subscriptions, Tokens and any other Digital Activations
- Are there any charges for return?
- There is a 10% restocking fee for applicable returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Warranty Repairs
- Items needing analysis for warranty repair will be shipped to our repair center at the cost of the customer
- Analyzed or repaired items will be returned to the customer via free ground shipping
