Dealer Key Solutions Returns & Warranty Policy
All returns require a DKS Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label. Merchandise returned without an approved RMA will be sent back to the sender at their expense. DKS is not liable for any merchandise returned without an approved RMA label.
Important: RMA numbers and prepaid return labels are only valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.
Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition, and all returns are subject to inspection. If a returned item is found to be in a condition that cannot be restocked, the customer may choose to have the item returned to them, in which case the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Claims for Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Product
All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. This includes lost or damaged packages, missing product, wrong product received, and/or damaged product. Claims reported after 10 days will not be accepted.
Please note that we are not liable for packages once they are in the possession of USPS. By selecting USPS shipping, you acknowledge that any loss or delay is beyond our control and refunds will not be provided for lost shipments.
