This Xhorse 35160DW Replacement Memory Device is used when performing Mileage Correction on many BMW E and F Series Vehicles.  This Memory Device is used in conjunction with the VVDI Prog to complete the job.  This Memory Device is required because the original Memory Device on the instrument cluster in these vehicles is locked and the data in the device cannot be altered, therefore the Memory Device has to be replaced.
